Our Story
It all began with a simple, yet powerful wish: a mother who dreamt of a place where her son could play without barriers, laughing alongside his peers in a world designed for all abilities.
Driven by the belief that play is a fundamental right for every child, our founder set out to transform Lodi’s parks. Shortly thereafter, she was joined by other parents who wanted the same for their own children. What started as a wishful chat between moms quickly grew into a mission to bridge the gap between imagination and accessibility. Her journey involved countless hours of determination, advocacy, and community building, all focused on one goal: making our little Lodi livable and lovable for everyone here.
Today, Lodi Inclusive Parks is entering a vibrant new season of growth. Our mission continues to be fueled by our community, working together so that no child ever has to sit on the sidelines. We are building more than just parks; we are building a legacy of inclusion and belonging for every family in our Livable, Lovable, Lodi.Â
